Ingredients:
Rack of Ribs (Works for pork or beef)
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Olive Oil
Head of Garlic
Thyme
Salt
1/2 Box of Beef Broth
Barbecue Sauce.
Instructions:
Start by removing the back membrane from the ribs.
Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, onion powder, and oil oil.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Flipping, and cooking for another 45 minutes.
Remove the meat, cover completely in foil with the garlic, a little more salt, and the broth.
Cook for another 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from the foil and cook for another 20 minutes with barbecue sauce.
