Ribs in the Oven


Ingredients:

  • Rack of Ribs (Works for pork or beef)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Onion Powder

  • Olive Oil

  • Head of Garlic

  • Thyme

  • Salt

  • 1/2 Box of Beef Broth

  • Barbecue Sauce.

Instructions:

  1. Start by removing the back membrane from the ribs.

  2. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, onion powder, and oil oil.

  3. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Flipping, and cooking for another 45 minutes.

  4. Remove the meat, cover completely in foil with the garlic, a little more salt, and the broth.

  5. Cook for another 1 1/2 hours.

  6. Remove from the foil and cook for another 20 minutes with barbecue sauce.

  7. ENJOY!!!!
