Favorite Cookies: Snickerdoodles, Peanut Butter, Gingersnap, Sugar, Salted Caramel Crunch, and More

Salted Caramel Crunch Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/3 Cups of Flour

  • 3/4 Cups of Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar

  • 1 Tsp of Baking Soda

  • 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch

  • 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon

  • 3/4 Cups of Butter, Melted

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tsp of Vanilla

  • 1 Cup of Toffee Bits

  • 1 Cup of Caramel Squares (Cut into 1/4th)

  • 1 Cup of Pecans, Chopped

  • Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon.

  2. Mix in the butter.

  3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.

  4. Fold in the toffee, caramel, and pecans.

  5. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down slightly.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.

  7. Top with sea salt.

  8. ENJOY!!!


Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Flour

  • 2 Cups of Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup of Butter, Melted

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla

  • 1/3 Cup of Milk

  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt

  • Sugar for Coating

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sugar and flour.

  2. Mix in the butter, egg, baking powder, vanilla, milk, and salt.

  3. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, roll in sugar, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down slightly.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  5. ENJOY!!!!


Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup of Butter, Softened

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 Cups of Molasses

  • 2 Cups of Flour

  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt

  • 2 Tsp of Baking Soda

  • 1 Tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 Tsp of Ginger

  • 1 Tsp of Cloves

  • Sugar for Coating

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.

  2. Mix in the molasses, flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

  3. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, roll in some sugar, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down slightly.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

  5. ENJOY!!!


Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Peanut Butter (Depends on how much you like it, I suggest 2 cups)

  • 2 Tbsp of Butter, Softened

  • 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla

  • 3/4 Cup of Flour

  • 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • Sugar for Coating

Instructions:

  1. Cream together the peanut butter and butter.

  2. Mix in the brown sugar.

  3. Then the vanilla and egg.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. Then slowly add it the the first bowl.

  5. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, roll in sugar, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down to size of cookie (These ones don’t flatten).

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.


Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/4 Cups of Flour

  • 1 Tsp of Baking Soda

  • 1/4 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • 2 Tsp of Cream of Tar Tar

  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt

  • 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar

  • 1 Cup of Butter, Softened

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla

  • 1 Cup of Biscoff Cookie Spread

  • 4 Tbsp of Sugar + 2 Tsp of Cinnamon for Coating

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.

  2. In another bowl, combine sugar, and butter until creamy. Then add in the eggs, vanilla, and Biscoff. Then the ingredients from the other bowl.

  3. Cover in plastic wrap and chill for 25 minutes.

  4. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down slightly.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.


Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz of butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup of Sugar

  • 1 Cup of Brown Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla

  • 2 Cups of Flour

  • 2 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1 Tsp of Salt

  • 1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Cup of Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

  2. Add in egg and vanilla.

  3. Then the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down slightly.

  6. Bake at 340 degrees for 15 minutes.


Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Oil

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp of Vanilla

  • 2 Cups of Flour

  • 3/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder

  • 2 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1/3 Cup of Powdered Sugar+1 Tbsp of Cornstarch for Coating

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  2. Then mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

  3. Form 1 inch balls of the dough, roll in coating, place them in a baking pan with parchment paper, and press down slightly.

  4. Bake at 340 degrees for 15 minutes.

***I like to chill each dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour, but often do them overnight. I’ve found that they come out softer.***
