Who doesn’t love pumpkin pie? I mean, other than my daughter who is allergic. Or even better yet, who doesn’t love whipped cream with a splash of pumpkin pie underneath it?
Ingredients:
Small Sugar Pumpkin
Pie Crust
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp of Cloves
1/2 Tsp of Nutmeg
1 Tbsp of Vanilla
Grated Ginger
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
4 Eggs
Instructions:
Slice the pumpkin in 1/2 and remove the seeds. Baking it at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Once cooked, scoop out the pumpkin from the skin into a bowl.
Combine it with the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger, salt, sugar, and evaporated milk.
Mix in the eggs.
Pour the mixture into the crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
