Now, I don’t mind using some store-bought pie crust. But, if I’m gonna bake a pie from scratch, imma do it all from scratch. Which includes this amazing pie crust!
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter (Cold and Cubed)
Ice Water
Instructions:
Combine together the flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Until barely combined.
Make a well into the flour and add into the water. Mixing until just combined.
Wrap it up in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
When you are ready for it, roll it onto a floured surface and roll to about 1/8th of an inch thick.
