Perfect Pie Crust

Now, I don’t mind using some store-bought pie crust. But, if I’m gonna bake a pie from scratch, imma do it all from scratch. Which includes this amazing pie crust!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Flour

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt

  • 1 1/2 Sticks of Butter (Cold and Cubed)

  • Ice Water


Instructions:

  1. Combine together the flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Until barely combined.

  2. Make a well into the flour and add into the water. Mixing until just combined.

  3. Wrap it up in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  4. When you are ready for it, roll it onto a floured surface and roll to about 1/8th of an inch thick.
