With all of this craziness going on, I’ve had WAY too much tome on my hands. So I thought why not perfect my coffee making skills? Here’s my recipes...
Cold Foam Coffee
Ingredients:
- Coffee (Cold brew coffee works best - recipe below)
- Ice
- 1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
Instructions:
Brew a cup of your favorite coffee (I placed mine in the fridge to get it cold before hand).
Place some ice in a cup and pour the coffee onto it.
In a small bowl, use a mixer to whip up the heavy cream, vanilla, and syrup (Make sure not to over whip, you still want it a little runny).
Add the mixture to the top of the coffee and ENJOY!
Iced Cinnamon Latte
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Brew an espresso shot of your coffee.
2. Immediately mix in the maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
3. Mix in your favorite milk and pour it all over ice in a cup.
4. And ENJOY!!!
Whipped Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp of Instant Coffee
- 2 Tbsp of Sugar (Or Maple Syrup)
- 2 Tbsp of Hot Water
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla or Caramel (For flavor)
- Ice Milk of Choice
Instructions:
Prepare a small bowl with the coffee, sugar, and water.
Use a hand mixer until it forms stiff peaks.
Place the ice and milk (about 3/4th of the way) into a cup.
Pour the whipped coffee on top.
Stir and EnJOY!
*For regular coffee, you’ll want to boil it down to make it a little thicker, and use the instructions without hot water*
Maple Pecan Latte
Ingredients:
- 6 Tbsp of Ground Coffee
- 1/3 Cup of Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon
- 4 Cups of Boiling Water
- 3 Cups of Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp of Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
Instructions
1. Place the coffee, pecans, and cinnamon into a french press or coffee filter.
2. Pour the water over the top, leaving it to brew for 10 minutes.
3. In a pan over medium heat, cook the butter until slightly brown.
4. Add in the sugar and milk to the pan until dissolves.
5. Remove from heat and immediately add in the maple syrup.
6. Froth the milk mixture.
7. Make the cup of coffee by first filling your mug half way with the coffee mixture and finishing with the milk mixture.
8. Top with whip cream, cinnamon, maple syrup, and pecans.
9. And ENJOY!!!!
Iced Caramel Macchiato
Ingredients:
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Ice
- 1/3 Cup of Cold Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Coffee
- 1 Tbsp of Caramel Sauce
Instructions:
1. Add the caramel sauce to the bottom of the cup.
2. Place the ice cubes on top (about half way full).
3. Slowly pour the milk onto the ice.
4. Slowly pour coffee over the top.
5. Drizzle more caramel Sauce on the top.
6. Swirl to mix the drink and ENJOY!
*For a hot caramel macchiato: Warm up the milk, frothing it directly after. Mix the coffee and milk into the mug, then pour the milk over the top. And drizzle the caramel on the top.*
Cold Brew
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup of Ground Coffee
- 3 Cups of Cold Water
- Mason Jar or Other Container
- Fine Strainer or Coffee Filter
- Ice
Instructions
1. Place the coffee and water into your container, stirring to combine.
2. Let it brew for 12-18 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Pour coffee mixture into filter, letting all the liquid strain through.
4. Drink over ice.
Cold Brew Affogato
Ingredients:
- Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips
- 1 Large Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ice cream, milk, whipping cream, and vanilla until it forms stiff peaks.
2. Transfer to a freezable dish and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
3. Place some ice into a cup.
4. Pour the cold brew over the top of the ice.
5. Scoop the ice cream mixture onto the top.
6. Finish it off with chocolate chips and ENJOY!
White Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup of Milk
- 2 Tbsp of White Chocolate Syrup
- 1/2 Cup of Coffee
- 1 Cup of Whipping Cream
- 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Add the milk and white chocolate to a saucepan to heat it up.
2. Pour milk mixture into the mug.
3. Pour the coffee onto the top.
4. Whip up the cream until it forms stiff peaks and place on the top of the mug.
5. Top it all off with a splash of cinnamon, white chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips.
6. ENJOY!!!
