Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Garlic
- Foil - 1 Tsp of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 5 Lbs of Potatoes (Cut into fours)
- 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 2 Oz of Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup of Butter
Directions:
1. Set the Crockpot on high. 2. Place the entire garlic head on a piece of foil. drizzle it with the olive oil. Sprinkle it with some salt and pepper. Wrap it up and place in the Crockpot to cook for 1 hour. Meanwhile, peel and cut potatoes. Then place them into a bowl of cold water. 3. Remove the foil packet. Grease the pot with a little bit of the oil. Then add the potatoes (Water drained), chicken broth, and milk. Then place the foil packet on top. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours. 4. Once the potatoes are fork tender, remove the foil to cool. Add in the cream cheese, butter, and more salt. Squeeze the garlic head until the cloves pop out, and add them to the potatoes. And mix it all together with a hand mixer, adding more milk if needed (to make it smoother). 5. Place on warm until ready to serve. 6. Enjoy!
