This is something that I make every Sunday for my husband‘s lunches. It’s super easy, packed full of flavor, and can be paired with so many things.
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts
Salt
Pepper
1 Cup of Flour
Oil
5 Lemons
Instructions:
Clean chicken and slice in half (length wise) to make two pieces of chicken.
Tenderize the chicken to make it a little flatter.
Salt and pepper each side of the chicken to your liking.
Place coat the chicken in flour on both sides.
Fry on each side in a pan with hot oil for about 8 minutes on each side on medium heat.
Once cooked, add in the juice of 4 lemons and let the juice reduce (flipping the chicken half way through).
Top with slices of the other lemon.
Enjoy with some rice, in a burrito, or however else you like lemon chicken!
