Lasagna

If you are a noodle, or even starch or cheese, lover like me, then you also lasagna! Here’s my recipe...


Ingredients:

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 1/2 Onion, Diced

  • Oil

  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef

  • 1 Tbsp. of Garlic Salt

  • 1 Tbsp. of Onion Powder

  • Fresh Oregano

  • Fresh Thyme

  • 1 Tsp. of Salt

  • 1 Tsp. of Pepper

  • Small Can of Tomato Paste

  • Spaghetti Sauce

  • Fresh Parsley

  • 2 Cups of Ricotta

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 Tsp. of Onion Powder

  • 1/4 Tsp. of Garlic Salt

  • 1 Tsp. of Pepper

  • Fresh Parsley

  • 2 Cups of Mozzarella

  • 1/2 Box of Lasagna Noodles

  • Parmesan


Instructions:

  1. In a pan, cook together the garlic and onion in a little oil until soft.

  2. Add in the beef, garlic salt, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. After the beef in fully cooked, add in the tomato paste. Cooking for 1 minute.

  4. Add in the spaghetti sauce and parsley. Let it simmer for 1 hour.

  5. In a bowl, combine together the ricotta, egg, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, parsley, and mozzarella. And set aside.

  6. As the pan ingredients continue to cook, cook the noodles in boiled hot water then place into an ice bath.

  7. Now everything should be done. Form the lasagna by placing 1/3 sauce, 3 noodles, then cheese mixture. And continue two more times.

  8. Too it all off with Parmesan.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
