Horchata


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of White Rice

  • 2 Cups of Water

  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks, Broken Up

  • 1 Can of Evaporated Milk

  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk

  • 2 Tsp of Vanilla

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. In a container, mix together the rice, water, and cinnamon sticks. Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. I like to do 24 hours.

  2. Blend the entire container ingredients completely.

  3. Strain it all into a drinking container.

  4. Add in the evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, sugar, and water to fill the container.

  5. Stir it all together and taste test. If you’d like it sweeter, add in more sugar.

  6. ENJOY!!!
