Goodbye 2020

With the year coming to an end in just a couple short hours, I just wanted to throw it out there.

God knew about 2020, you know? He knew that it was coming.

So maybe we should look at it as the year that He had been waiting for. The worlds pivoting point. Where praying harder was embraced. In the simple, in the ordinary, and in the miracles. Returning to Him with moment-by-moment praising. While also seeking His blessings in everyday bliss rather than the big moments. Finally being able to slow down to realize all of the tiny treasures He's given us in life.

Maybe we should look at it as the year that God finally was able to turn all His hopes and prayers to bring His sons and daughter together to simultaneously pull themselves out was achieved. Letting the light of His children shine so powerfully with a burning deep down within the worlds soul that the thickness of the enemy’s darkness is so blocked out.

Maybe we should look at it as the year that God was preparing us all for the great storm. Where we learned to trust Him over all of the overwhelm, fear, anxiety, uncertainty, and doubt.

We’re leaving 2020. With a look at redemption. A look at beauty from ashes. A look at disconnection with even better reconnection. A look at what unmasking the world would do. A look at our true selves. And a look like never before.

Because I believe that in saying goodbye to 2020. We are saying goodbye to Gods demonstration of how big He is that He could shatter our finite expectations while also abundantly providing for our needs. Helping us to learn how to be humble, faithful, and fully rely on Him.

And I am so thankful that 2020 was the year that brought me back to Him. Happy New Year everyone! I sure can’t wait into 2021 with this new amazing Bible from Hosanna Revival.
