Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

These, my mom actually made, and they are the best I've ever had! Perfect healthy side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Heads of Cauliflower

  • 4 Eggs

  • 3 Cups of Almond Flour

  • 4 Tsp. of Red Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 Tsp. of Sea Salt

  • 2 Tsp. of Pepper2 Tsp. of Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp. of Paprika

  • Vegetable Oil

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter

  • 2 Tbsp. of Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/2 Cup of Frank's Red Hot

  • 2Tbsp. of Siracha

  • 2 Tbsp. of Honey

  • 1 Tsp. of Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan (enough to cook the cauliflower in) and set up a cooling rack with paper towels.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs with 2 Tbsp. of water.

  3. In another bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients (flour, cayenne, salt, garlic, and paprika).

  4. Toss all of the cauliflower in the flour mixture, dip it in the egg mixture, and return it back to the flour mixture.

  5. Then fry them up in the oil, laying them on the paper towels to rest for 1 minute before frying again for 1-2 minutes.

  6. Combine all of the sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl. Toss the cauliflower in it and serve!
